Write up summary of this workshop
Devise science specifications and priorities based on the summary (and distribute for comments)
Go over specifications with small “tiger team” of engineers to define viable options
Hold small technical workshop by mid-summer, 2002, to flesh out viable options and start work needed to explore best one or two approaches.
